Wesley is a one of a kind bear by Higgy's. He has pastel blue coloured fur, with little black eyes and a black hand stitched nose. He is fully jointed, and traditionally floppy like a Higgy's bear, with a bit of weight for such a little bear. He is wearing a layered patterned ruff collar around his neck.
