Over the last 30 years, we have had thousands of satisfied customers - just read some of their reviews!

If you phone us, we will not put you on hold and we will not play you any irritating music. If we happen to be engaged when you phone, just leave your number and we will call you straight back.

We will not take payment until we post your bear. If we happen to be out of stock for your chosen bear, we will do our very best to get it for you, and you will not be charged until we send it to you. We have a free layaway service that allows you to split your payment over three months, and your bear will be sent when payment is complete.
