Blue Moon is a sleek dragon, made from a super-soft dense blue faux fur. He has rich purple spines and inner ears, and appliquéd wings with a crystal on his forehead. He is gently stuffed with a weighted tail for poseability so he can curl up or stretch out.
 
As with all Kaycee Bears, he is five-way wobble-jointed, scissor-sculpted, and hand-painted by Kelsey herself with the trademark crystal in the heel of his foot.
