your bear. If we happen to be out of stock for your chosen bear
we will do our very best to get it for you but we won't charge
you a penny until we send it on to you

2010 and my partner said look round and pick a bear, money is
no option, you should have a decent bear to have in your collection.
The gentleman in your shop, which could be you was so lovely,
he said cuddle them, so I looked round and Brandon Bear in his
uniform cuddled right into me, so my partner brought him for
me. What a lovely bear from a wonderful shop and a wonderful
gentleman to serve me. An experience which will be a lifelong

As promised...I am letting you know that Phillip arrived today
safe and sound. To be honest I am very surprised how well the
package survived the trip. About 6 weeks ago Mom got a box of
Christmas ornaments and candy she had ordered. The box had fallen
open and retaped with most of the order was missing. The box
also looked like it was stepped on. It was a mess. That came
from say 400 miles away. Now your package, which came 4000 miles,
came through without a scratch. I was pleasantly surprised. I
was also amazed at the box the bear came in. Is that your standard
shipping box? (yes it is ...Ed) Do you sell those at your shop?
It is a very nice quality box.... I just want to finish by saying

safely in the midst of a rainstorm but was a little disgruntled
about being in a box - which I have now put safely away out of
sight! So he is a bit more cheerful now. Still thinking about

about buying without seeing even from Steiff but all my worries
